We wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for choosing us to care for your beloved pet.

At DogLand we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care and love to all the dogs entrusted to us.

With the Economic changes we have seen further pressures and our costs have increased significantly.

As you may be aware, the costs of running our facility have increased and we have always done our best to absorb these increases within the business, and of course the largest cost element is our wonderful staff, who we all value tremendously.

In April the national minimum wage will add a circa 11.1% to our staff costs, including an increase in wage to our staff to ensure our pay rates remain competitive allowing us to retain and recruit the best people to join our amazing team.


We understand that any change in pricing may raise concerns, but please rest assured that this adjustment is essential to continue delivering the unparalleled level of care and attention that your furry companion deserves. Our commitment to providing a 5-star service remains unwavering, and this increase will enable us to sustainably uphold our standards.


In addition to the price adjustment, I need to mention that as our services continue to gain popularity and demand grows, we want to ensure that we can accommodate all our loyal customers while maintaining the highest standards of care. We are working behind the scene to create a pre payment model very similar to a nursery for children whereby you book your place in advance so we can plan efficiently staff rotas to suit staff to dog ratio. We are hoping to introduce this from the 1st of  May 2024 more detailed information will follow.


This pre payment model will not only guarantee your dog’s spot at our facility but also help us manage our staff-to-dog ratio effectively, ensuring that each furry friend receives the attention and care they deserve. Please note that once you select your days and pre pay for them much like a nursery they cannot be changed, and refunds or transfers to other days will not be possible in case of absence.  


While we understand that this may require some adjustment, we believe that introducing this new system will streamline the booking process and provide a more seamless experience for both you and us.

For those who prefer a more flexible arrangement, we will still offer ad hoc bookings, however please be advised that there will be a slightly higher charge for day care to cover the additional staff costs associated with these adhoc bookings.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support as we navigate these changes together.
