Weekend drop off & collections are available between 9am and 12pm ONLY this incurs an extra charge of £10

Discounts applied for bookings of 7, 10 and 14 nights plus any additional dogs from the same household.
We also have Luxe accommodation this includes thermostatic heating and Air conditioning for the warmer weather, a single bed, tv and radio a real home from home setting. This is available at an extra cost of £1.20 inc Vat per night – please call us to request Luxe.

We require a £50.00 non-refundable deposit for any boarding stays over 7 days this can be paid over the phone by card. The outstanding balance of the invoice is due in full via Gocardless.
Payment is Non-refundable or transferable should you need to collect your dog earlier if they are boarding with us.
Cancellation policy at Rose Cottage
We require 48 hours notice of any bookings being cancelled.
Any booking cancelled with less than 48 hours notice the following charges will apply:
Daycare – full day rate
Boarding – 50% of balance (plus deposit if paid)
