Rose Cottage Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy at Rose CottageĀ 

 

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled boarding booking will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking fee.
  2. Additionally, in the event of cancellation within the 48-hour notice period, any deposit paid will be forfeited.
  3. For daycare services, regardless of cancellation within the 48-hour notice period, the full fee for the booked day(s) will be charged.

Cancellation Procedure:

  1. Customers must provide notice of cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled boarding or daycare appointment.
  2. Cancellation notices must be provided in writing, either via email

Refunds:

  1. Refunds for cancellations made within the 48-hour notice period will be subject to the charges.
  2. Refunds for cancellations made outside the 48-hour notice period will be processed in accordance with our standard refund policy.

Exceptions:

  1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies (such as medical emergencies or extreme weather conditions), exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered at the discretion of the management.

Modification of Booking:

  1. Any changes or modifications to the booking must be communicated to us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  2. Changes made within the 48-hour notice period may be subject to additional charges or fees.

These terms and conditions serve as a contractual agreement between the service provider and the customer. Both parties are expected to adhere to these terms to ensure a smooth and fair booking process.
