How it works at Rose Cottage, Gemma who deals with our accounts calls for all the payments on a Friday this then notifies you of the amount to be taken and then between 1 – 3 days later this leaves your account.
The only time we will ask for a card payment is for long stay deposits or for new trial dogs.
